Highest Sickle I've ever gotten was a 6-24, but that was before I knew they sold for alot! Back in the day of only Expert Salvage Kits, I got something bogus, like 45 iron ingots from it.
Currently my Warroir Uses a plain 6-19 Sickle (req7) no mods or anything, I just use it to show off, and cus I think it looks cool.
These are the axes I have locked away in Storage, not the best:
Me another Guild mate are saving sickles we find, so when we got abunch we can try to auction them off. lol if we ever get more...

That fiery dragon sword was a fake, with a real nice video editing job. Many people offered ecto (myself offering 50) to see it and he always logged off when we were supposed to meet. Also he used a second account hereon the forums to say that the sword was real.
As far as sickles best I've seen was a 6-27 that sold for like 3 mil and for tribals I'm not sure how many are out there but I have a plain white max dmg one. Theres a pic of it around here somewhere.

Yeah I just read that. It doesn't make me angry, but why in the F#$^#$^#$^%$^ would you go through all that work? No one gains, it burns pople's times. The most times spent on it would probably be Derek, as he had to make the vid/convince his friends to post here saying it was real/ make the pics. The other day a guy in LA was pretending to sell a req 7 15>50 crystalline. Obviously I doubted it, but figured "what did he have to gain, sitting around all day spamming that". He told me it was for 700K so I went and got it and then he just logged off.. wow, gj he sure got me there. :/
Yeesh if you all wanted a blue FDS you could have just asked ME
[ps this is NOT photoshopped]
yep MS paint ftw
